VICE DOs & DON’Ts 2: 17 Years of Street Fashion Critiques
By The Editors of Vice Magazine
(VICE Books)
This summer marks the release of VICE Books Dos & Don’ts: Book 2, the sequel to Dos & Don’ts which was released in 2002. Book 2 features “over a thousand more zings, burns and riffs from the pages of VICE magazine.â€
For those not in the loop, VICE magazine was created as a ‘punk zine’ in 1994, but has expanded to include online videos, a television studio, a record label and more.
This book is chock-full of hilarious and artistic photos, along with equally smartass captions and comments to go along with it.
Photos feature high art, high fashion, high people, and lots of nudity and compromising positions. All pictures are superb quality. This is a book you can ‘read’ straight through, or just skim through it.
Overall, this makes for a fantastic coffee-table book, so obnoxious it’s almost brilliant.
